A long and very bumpy 40-minute boat ride from Naples is the gorgeous island of Capri. We spent the day hiking around the city of Capri enjoying the breathtaking views of the water and the island.

(# 10) Arco naturale--what remains of an old grotto.
(# 16-19) Villa Jovis--the Imperial villa from which Tiberius ruled the Roman Empire.
(# 21) the Marina Grande.
(# 22 & 23) the spectacular sunset as viewed from the boat back to Naples.
