France

Located
approximately 1/2 hour west of Paris is the city of Poissy, France.
Poissy contains one of Le Corbusier's most famous and influential homes,
Villa Savoye. Built between 1928 and 1931 Villa Savoye is probably the
best representation of Corbusier's 5 points of new architecture. It
has been greatly remodeled following WW2 when it nearly faced destruction.
This is truly one of the best icons of modern architecture that has
survived and was a pleasure to see.
